Chefs
As market leading contract caterers, we serve over five billion meals (Data from 2017 Annual report) a year – and you’ll help us to keep on doing this. Our chefs work mainly Monday to Friday on most sites. If you’re passionate, talented and have a real flair with food, we’d love to hear from you and help take your career to the next level.

Frontline
Customer service is the cornerstone of our business. So, if you love meeting people and providing the absolute best customer service around, why not consider Compass to build your career? Operational management
Our operational sectors cover every aspect of food service and retail. Whether running a single unit or multi-site, you’ll be responsible for leading teams, setting performance targets and ensuring our standards are of high quality. We look for people who have plenty of ideas and energy, are obsessed with quality, are able to manage their own P&L effectively and, importantly, love interacting with and getting the best out of their teams.
